At Custom Stickers Pakistan, we offer both custom-made and ready-stock (non-custom) products. Our return and refund policy differs based on the product type.


Custom Products (Personalized Orders)

All custom products are made according to customer specifications. Therefore:

  • No returns or refunds are accepted on custom orders once confirmed.

  • Returns or refunds are only applicable if the mistake is from our side, including:

    • Wrong quantity

    • Incorrect size

    • Printing or production defects

    • Any issue not matching the approved order

Resolution Options (Customer’s Choice)

If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, the customer may choose

Return & Refund Policy

Resolution Options (Customer’s Choice)

If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, the customer may choose one of the following:

  • 50% refund of the total order amount
    OR

  • Free replacement / reprint of the corrected product


Non-Custom / Ready-Stock Products

For non-custom (stock) products, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refund for Stock Products

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.


Important Notes

  • No returns or refunds for customer errors (wrong design, size, or quantity selected).

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Clear photos or videos are required for verification.
