Custom Products (Personalized Orders)
All custom products are made according to customer specifications. Therefore:

No returns or refunds are accepted on custom orders once confirmed.

Printing or production defects

Any issue not matching the approved order

Non-Custom / Ready-Stock Products
For non-custom (stock) products, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is required
Refund for Stock Products

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
